Andrea Cronin is the founder of the practice, which has grown to include two additional Nurse practitioners and two Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Andrea is a brilliant and incredibly proficient nurse practitioner, specializing in psychiatry with a dual certification in family medicine. She has practiced medicine since 2004, as a highly respected clinician and a proud Westchester County resident. While she is an expert in diagnosing and treating mental health issues, Andrea also possesses the ability to meaningfully connect with her patients and help them to feel at ease in her presence. Katie Parent, LCSW, Reiki Master

Michele Pasquale, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Michele is a highly experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a strong background in patient assessments, crisis counseling, and social service interventions. She has worked with children, teens, adults, and families throughout her career, providing individualized care that empowers clients to identify maladaptive coping mechanisms, improve coping strategies, and develop healthier emotional responses. She utilizes various therapeutic modalities to foster clients’ integration experiences and emotional growth.

With expertise in facilitating both individual and group counseling, Michele has a proven track record of helping clients achieve measurable progress toward their therapeutic goals. She is skilled in evaluating the effectiveness of services, recommending modifications as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes, and continuously improving the care provided.

Throughout her career, Michele has also been deeply involved in school social work, having directed counseling programs for culturally diverse student populations. As a School Social Worker and later as Director of Pupil Services, she facilitated counseling groups, addressed academic and behavioral issues, and collaborated with parents and teachers to promote student well-being.

Her dedication to client-centered care and professional growth has allowed her to make a lasting impact in both clinical and academic environments.

Carole Simonetti, CPA – Practice Manager

Carole is the first person you will see when you walk into our office. She is responsible for scheduling and making appointment changes, as well as updating patient records. She can assist with proof of payment for insurance reimbursement, request medical records and ensure that prescriptions are refilled. She will contact patients due for follow-up visits and schedule them. Carole is also responsible for patient accounts and billing.

In her previous life, Carole was a Senior Manager with one of the Big Three Accounting firms, then transitioned to private practice working in the for profit and not for profit world as a VP Finance.

Jennifer Lupiani PhD

With over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families, Dr. Jennifer Lupiani brings a wealth of training and knowledge to her practice. She has worked across a variety of settings, populations and age ranges. Dr. Lupiani began her career working at the Astor Day Treatment program in the Bronx. It was during this time that she learned the importance of working collaboratively with families and other professionals. At Andrus she provided mental health services to children in grades K-2 with serious emotional and behavioral issues to improve their academic standing.

After leaving Andrus, Dr. Lupiani began working in a school district in Westchester County as a school psychologist. She has worked with students in all grade levels ranging from preschool through college. Some of her roles in the schools have been to provide individual and group therapy to students, develop and implement programs (e.g., peer leadership), conduct psychological evaluations, participate in CSE committee meetings, evaluate students in crisis, provide social skills training for students with developmental disabilities, and facilitate parent groups around anxiety and executive function difficulties in their children.

Beyond working in the school setting, Dr. Lupiani has privately provided coaching to individuals with executive functioning difficulties. She has an extensive toolkit with strategies to improve time management, organization, attention, and flexible thinking. In addition, Dr. Lupiani conducts forensic evaluations with the Westchester County Department of Probation.

These experiences offered Dr. Lupiani a wide array of opportunities to support children, adolescents and families. She brings her expertise and knowledge of therapeutic practices and neuropsychological assessment to her work in private practice. Dr. Lupiani’s clients appreciate the warmth and humor she brings to her sessions. She provides a supportive and inviting atmosphere that allows for the foundation of a trusting relationship. She works collaboratively with families and schools to foster communication and teamwork.
